  5. Hi,

It's been too long since I checked in here!

    Happy belated Easter!

I shall have to come back later and steal your "I DO" banner! LOL

Re: Alice, my next door neighbor passed away last fall at the age of 95. She was a wonderful lady and I loved her stories of camping in the Sierras back when the only way to get there was with horse and buggy.

Although she suffered from osteoporosis, she still kept up all the flowers etc. in her yard. We would mow her front yard when we did ours, but she insisted on having a garden service do her back yard even though we offered.

Now that she has passed, her son who has been living in the little cottage out back for the last ten years as let the place fall into disrepair. After mowing the lawn for him last fall, yet never receiving a thank you, we have now given up. All the beautiful flowers are dead, the front lawn is 3 feet high and the backyard should be declared a fire hazard!
He is living there with no electricity or gas, the only way we know he is there is the coming and going of his car.

    A sad situation.

  7. I'm here to give you an award. It will be posted tomorrow afternoon. I hope it pleases you. If you find it a bother to follow the rules that come with these things, do what you will with it. But the award is yours no matter what.
