Double Edge Theater


WP and I just returned from a performance of The Firebird by Double Edge Theater in Ashfield, Massachusetts. What they do is amazing, unique and not too far from home. A western Massachusetts treasure, for sure.

This above was also taken at Scotts Bay, though obviously on an overcast day.  There a few of these but largely, the weather was beautiful:  sunny, fluffy clouds, hot but not humid, chilly nights.

This was a very sweet vacation and I feel blessed to have spent those two weeks with my WP, who is feeling much better these days. Thanks to those friends who asked.

Yard Art on Thursday

I still have a few interesting yard art photos from Nova Scotia but today I'm featuring my own yard art. One is a birdhouse we brought back from Nova Scotia - see this post. Another is a set of crystal and bronze chimes from Filmore Jazz Festival in San Francisco.

Next week: some zany totally Nova Scotia yard "characters". :-)
