Hello, my blogging friends!
I've been back physically since late Wednesday morning but not quite back into my homebody routines! The heat wave in New England, combined with the hot and heavy breathing of my ancient Dell laptop Darth, have made for a slow transition back to blogging.
As far as our trip to Amsterdam, we had a great time but it always takes me a while to fully digest any transcontinental vacation I take to a place for the first time. I have a ton of photos. For now, I wanted to give you this link, about the passing away of one of my favorite painters of the 20th century, Lucian Freud and to re-post my Artist of the Week feature in this this post.
