Music for Sunday #3

To share with you today, I have Neil Young's beautiful, heartfelt version of the Bobbie Bare song Four Strong Winds. One of my top-ten tear jerkers.

And yes, when the song and the delivery are just right, I love a little twang in my music. ;-)

    It's peculiar because I should really have dedicated this song to The Cunning Runt, my ex-husband. In an entirely good way, but slightly bitter-sweet way. It was our anniversary on April 13. Or it would have been, I mean. It would have been our 24rd, I think. Talk about subliminal.

    I should've guessed you'd like this song. And it made me smile to think of you playing on the guitar and singing it. Your students must adore you! :-) ((hugs))
