There is nothing like the New Enngland states for autumn colour.
ReplyDeleteWe spent an autumn in Vermont and often climbed up the mountain to look down on the Connecticut river. Now there is a highway there. At least your beautiful shots still bring back those lovely memories.
those are just lovely.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful autumn colors. We don't see that in the south.
ReplyDeleteSphinx, your trees are somewhat further along than ours here in New York. Your trees are gorgeous! Happy Skywatch Friday! :)
ReplyDeleteEach photo is wonderful. The colors of the leaves are spectacular. The first photo, however, is my favorite. The way the whole thing is set up just makes me happy!
ReplyDeleteYou’ve been tagged!
ReplyDeletePagan - I love all of these. I agree with Louise, the first one is one of your best, I think. We just returned from a trip to the NC mountains, so we also have been filling up on fall color. Maybe I'll hook up to the Sky Watch.
ReplyDeletebeautiful fall colors and love the first photo with the wagon!
ReplyDeleteSteve: The Sky Watch people are a great group of bloggers; nice people from all over the world.
ReplyDeleteA huge thanks to all of the Nice People From Sky Watch!
It took a while to join because I didn't have a good camera, firstly. And I lacked confidence in my pictures. But with a camera that works, I've been able to take thousands of photos. It's really a cool toy. And unless you're a total dunce, it's not hard to get a decent picture. Living in a beautiful, rural area and being able to travel occasionally makes all the difference, naturally. It's sad to think that for so many people, their surroundings are so unbearable that they feel inspired to photograph nothing or it doesn't matter any way. I know that's sobering but...it bears acknowledgment, I think.
Bowing deeply with hands together,
Pagan Sphinx
These are lovely. I'm happy to see a New England SkyWatch! Greetings from Iowa.
