You may have noticed I tried to put TVZ's original up on my 'playlist' but I didn't realise that the one they had at LastFM was actually by a female artist I don't recognise. It's a good version, though.
Oh, I'll bet the female artist is Margot Timmins of Cowboy Junkies, a Canadian band. They do a wonderful version of To Live Is To Fly. They also cover a song on Poet: A Tribute to Townes Van Zant, but I don't know offhand which one.
