  3. Slowly but surely I am trying to visit the blogs of my friends. It is quite a chore as you probably know. I do see what you've been up tom on Facebook, so I can claim that I haven't ignored you all this time.
You have always been an inspiration for me finding interest in the arts. Mrs. Spadoman and I will visit the Chicago Art Institute when we travel there for a long weekend getaway later in April. Not sure if photos are allowed, usually not if I remember, (been over 35 years since my first and only visit there).
I'll definitely think of you while I'm there.

    Much peace

  4. Bryan and mac - good to know you like the art.

Joe Spadoman - it's great to hear from you, friend! I've kept up with you on facebook as well but I don't always leave a comment. Which does not mean in any way that I'm not thinking of you! I'm glad to see that your recent setback hasn't stopped you from living a wonderfully full life.

Oh, my - your trip to The Art Institute sounds so awesome! I have never been there. Entre Nous: The Art of Claude Cahun, sounds so good, as does the animals exhibition. The other artists I've not heard of but that is often the best part - new discoveries.

On their website is the usual rule in large, museums - no flash photography in the permanent collections only and none of special exhibitions. I hope you take a lot of photos!

I am very happy for you and Mrs. Spadoman's little get-away. :-)

    Take good care.

  5. What I commented earlier about your neat Weber post seems to have gone missing but it seems I noted how strange it was he went from outright Cubism early on and back to Realism later - quite unlike Picasso.

All the best for a wonderful Easter!
