  2. hello, my dear,
love love love this drawing, always have!! it was wonderful to see it today, with the sun finally shining brightly in my world-dreary rain for weeks!-and general uplift of my spirits resulting....hoping you are feeling the same, perhaps 'hopeful' is a good way to put it?

also, you mention took a l o n g time to load my blog and i wondered if it was MY blog that is slow to load consistently or you meant your connection, i wasn't quite sure and am trying to make it load faster by putting graphics below, etc so wondered if you could just drop me a note? it was taking over a minute to load and last i clocked it, it was 11 secs so that's why i wondered....have a wonderful rest of your holiday, sweets, eating plenty of them. xoxox

  3. also meant to say, i think i fixed the problem of the photos that are too big for this part of the blog...mine were really big at 800px earlier when i switched to the 'new' blogger templates and everything was HUGE--anyway, think i found the solution if you are interested but yours are only slightly larger and that may be by design...if so, it's lovely either way, as are you ♥

  4. Hi, Linda
I think I've fixed the problem of being able to comment even on THIS blog by switching from the "embedded below the post" comments format to the pop-up window. But how could that have anything to do with anyone else's comments format?

As for the size, I'm pretty happy with the size of the images. I like them large whenever possible. That's why I gave up the sidebar stuff.

I'm glad you have sun!!! We have over a foot of snow and it's blowing like mad out there! No sun. Hopefully tomorrow! But I noticed today that it didn't turn dark until after four this pm!

  7. Beauty in a gesture. He left us way too soon but I've always been confident he'd learned what the world has to teach.

  8. Artists just amaze me. Such an image made with just a few lines. Wonderful.

By the way. I don't worry if an image gets into my sidebar. If it does, it does, so what?

Did you see the lunar eclipse?
