    His visionary paintings of London are indeed the most unusual and colourful I've ever seen. I wouldn't mind a little of that around here right now but the only way to get it is in my paintbox and my effect will never be the same.

    What a wonderful London painting. So often, they are a little grey - as London sometimes is in colour, although not in spirit.
    This painting is so vivid, uplifting.

    I've never been to Charing Cross Bridge that I recall but I did spend ten glorious days in London in July in 2005 and by god, it was sunny every day but one! :-D
