Eye catching and very unique mushroom
ReplyDeleteLooks so inviting ! Just to spend holidays in this house !
ReplyDeleteA concrete museum! Does it just happen to be made out of concrete or does it also celebrate all things concrete? Perhaps a rival to the famed pencil museum I visited this summer? That wasn't so pretty, though. Nice shots!
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting man and an unusual house!
ReplyDeleteI like the way you've captured the curves and angles in the second shot.
that is what i called simple classic.
ReplyDeleteI love the colour scheme.. very mellow yellow - must be the mushrooms!
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone! It's a fun place to visit and photograph. This is the second year that we've visited. Last year, I never photographed the inside, so there is a post here somewhere recently for Ruby Tuesday, of some of the touches of its interior.
ReplyDeleteSinging Bear: A pencil museum! Right up my alley! :-) If you click on the link, you'll learn about Charles MacDonald, the Nova Scotian with a creative streak who owned a concrete factory through the great depression.
Jams: hehehe...mellow, indeed! :-D
Cool! Like it. Yellow is my very favorite color -- Did you know that? And now I want one of those red, concrete toadstools for my own garden:)
