Foolish and Fluffy

This post is nothing fancy. WP is in...er...Washington, D.C. And no, the purpose of his trip is not political, at least not in regard to the government. With lots of things hanging around waiting to get done, I sit here making up pastimes that are way more fun than putting ornaments away, doing laundry, sweeping the front hall...

This is how I avoid housework. Finding paintings of fluffy kittens and pudgy puppies. I'm feeling random - it could be anything. Here we go!

Oh, wait. A note to Dianne:  you know, luv, it's not too early to expose Hope to art. Just have her drool on her favorite, k?  ;-)

  4. Cloudia: I could use Aloha weather right now! It's not too cold here but dreary and damp and, of course, there will be more snow on the way to remind us it's still winter.

CR: I was reading some blog where the author asked why Felix the Cat always has this foolish grin on his. Duh. He's having fun juggling rats and getting into various other forms of mischief, as cats do!

Sherry: Hi! I'm glad you came by. Will be over to your blog to catch up soon. We're all well, just sick of winter and the CA faction of our family are all tired of rain.

    All the love,
    PS

  6. I love Felix. They just don't make cartoons like they used to, do they?
My mnotorcycle is a Triumph, and the model is a Tiger. I like how that Tiger, by Spencer Hodge, looks ferocious. I should have an artist paint some sort of rendition of a tiger on my bike. I thought of the Japanese baseball team logo for the Hanshin Tigers.
My 5 year old Grand daughter holds our cat like that one in the painting by Steinlen. The cat tolerates better than anything!

    Peace.

    hardly drools
she loves to pat the paintings
