Wake Up America!

Thanks to Ed at Enriched Geranium (don't you just love the blog name?), I was able to hear this man speak; the only one of the candidates for the Democratic nomination who tells the whole truth and speaks specifically to my own political and social sensibilities.

It's tempting to write him in on the ballot, isn't it?

  1. Gina, I had not heard his speech yesterday. So glad you included this. I'm going to add it to my blog page too. Thank you.

  2. Me again.
I suppose it would have been more polite for me to have asked if you minded if I added the video to my blog. But I'm pretty sure I know the answer. Sorry if I overstepped.

I would have been so sorry if I hadn't heard and seen this! Thanks for doing your part for "Waking Up America!" by posting this for those of us who missed his speech! This is very important and I thank you for sharing it! It sure did wake me up!!

  5. I know it isn't really funny but singing bear's comment killed me! I love dark humor.

I saw this on Raven's blog. I have adored Kucinich since I first discovered him during the early days of the campaign. the media and the Dems have treated him terribly! He is a brillant and brutally honest man.

I read that he was forced to take out a line - "they want 4 more years, they deserve 10 to 20"

and the Dems continue to be cowards.

  6. I don't even know how to do write ins. Now, I wonder how that is done in NY.

  7. Dianne! Ha! I wish D.K. could've sneaked that into his speech - I could have used the healing balm of humor. He seems like one of the good guys.

  8. Bobbie - by all means, borrow and spread it around! That's what it's all about.
