The Path Down to Lake Pleasant in Winter
Montague, Massachusetts
Try and penetrate with our limited means the secrets of nature and you will find that, behind all the discernible concatenations, there remains something subtle, intangible and inexplicable. Veneration for this force beyond anything that we can comprehend is my religion.
Albert Einstein
That's both a beautiful photograph and a most amazing quote - what a mind on that guy!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Albert!:)
ReplyDeleteNice post.
CR: High praise coming from such a talented photographer. It's just a photo I took while walking around the lake...so easy even I can do it!
ReplyDeleteSB: If you're with Albert, than you're with me! I've been filled with something akin to divinity for months now. I'm tapping into it more consciously right now...dabbling, if you will. Story of my; to dabble.
Beautiful path - great light and shadows. Love the quote!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to add that the photo is great, by the way.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, sandpiper.
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful spot we love to drive to and walk around. It's a water supply area for our town. Recently, Nestle wanted to open a water bottling plant here but before I could wind myself up to go to battle, the idea was totally shot down by the town. Phew.
Thanks, singingbear. The lighting was right for a good photo at that time of day.
