The pink of the sunrise reflects what we can see of the river from our doorstep. And that is exactly where I was standing on that frosty morning in December. My last SkyWatch shot of last year.

Whatever sky you're looking at, may peace be with you and with yours, whererever you can find it.
Fantastic capture, Gina! Stunning colors and love the reflection in the water! There have been some truly gorgeous sunrises this week. We surely had them here in Seattle! Have a great weekend!
Yes, that's really a beauty. You have a lovely place even if you do have to get up early most mornings and leave it for the day. Things won't always be that way.

Lovely, I wish we would get something other than a gray dawn around here. I over sleep with no sunshine to awaken me.

ReplyDeleteI love the pinkish cast to the whole shot. Great job.
ReplyDeleteyou can always tell how cold it really is by the leaves of the rhodies. they curl tighter as the temps drop.
ReplyDeleteThe colour of the sky is lovely and I very much like the bare trunks and branches of the tree with the green of the rhododendron in the foreground.
